According to Beat, eating disorder charity, it is estimated that there are 1.25 million people in the UK with an eating disorder and like all mental health issues, it can affect anyone. Regardless of who they are or what they do. That’s why, at the Be Well, we have spoken to influential individuals from across the creative industries, to break down the stigma around mental health.
