Model and entrepreneur Alicia Rountree, has had an incredibly successful career in the fashion industry, appearing in campaigns for brands such as Victoria Secret, Ralph Lauren and L’Oréal. And now designing her own resort wear Alicia Swim, inspired by her elements of the Mauritian landscape, where she grew up.

Alicia shares how she has in the past struggled with body image and “lost her way” as she describes, restricting food and over exercising, due to the pressure to look a certain way, and lack of advice provided to support her mental health. Something which sadly, many young people experience.
