In the UK 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem such as anxiety or depression, in any given week. There are many different factors that contribute to our anxiety levels, and we all experience anxiety in different ways. Therefore, adhering to blanket advice on how to deal with anxiety can often be limiting.
Join us for this insightful workshop hosted by the Be Well Collective alongside psychotherapist and relationships expert, Lucy Beresford. Lucy will allow you to gain an understanding of common anxiety triggers and help you to identify how these might affect your unique psychology, as well as providing practical tools and advice to help manage anxiety.
