Be Well Collective present our second guided journaling club, which will be focused on mindfulness.
A morning zoom event occurring every six weeks, this journaling club will feature guided sessions lasting 30 minutes, encouraging you to tap into your mind and engage in the safe space of the Be Well community, consisting of like minded individuals. Be Well Collective will provide a framework and thoughtful prompts to help educate you on how to journal effectively, so you can get the best results out of the practice.
