Our monthly workshops are held online and across London with the aim to provide regular support in areas such as nutrition, mental health, fitness and sleep. We endeavour to provide practical advice that attendees can apply everyday, throughout their personal and professional lives.
Our workshops not only provide much needed education to improve health and wellbeing but have a focus to create a safe space for young people to meet and build healthy relationships.
