New Monthly Workshop Coming Soon...
With our most recent fashion week panel event reaching attendance of over 150 models earlier this year, it is clear that the industry is in need of support over the stressful and extremely busy time that is Fashion Week. These events aim to prepare models for the two busiest months of the year, including a panel discussion hosted by our chosen experts covering all areas of wellbeing such as nutrition, fitness and mental health, as well as supplying practical advice, tips and products found within our famous goody bags - all to better equip models to deal with the stresses of fashion week
However, it is of course not only fashion week where models require support and education to look after themselves in the best possible way. Therefore, this month sees the addition of the Be Well Collective monthly workshops.
On July 22nd we will be collaborating with Breathpod to host our very first model workshop at The London Edition. Breathpod use the concept of breath work sessions to “harness the power of your breathing system for better health & wellbeing.”
Breath coach and Breathpod founder Stuart Sandeman, travels the globe to teach individuals and businesses including clients such as Google, Virgin and Spotify to breath properly. Something we may assume we are doing already. However, many of us do not realise the power of our breath and how this can alter our mental and physical being, with 1 in 10 individuals holding symptoms of dysfunctional breathing. Stuart teaches to recalibrate the breath pattern, enabling the use of breath in a more efficient manner not only physically, but moving through the mental or emotional reasons that our breath may have closed down.

During the session Stuart and his team will monitor breathing and use hands-on acupressure, sound, movement and coaching to correct any ineffective or constricted patterns. Sessions are used to focus on a number of outcomes including; Accelerate performance, increase productivity, communication, confidence, focus, alleviate stress, anxiety, fatigue and help reduce negative emotions such as anger, fear, frustration and depression.
