Details

Wednesday 15th May 2024

6:30pm GMT

Join Emma for this group hypnosis session, where she will teach you the secrets of how your subconscious mind works and will give you practical tools and tips to build a powerful mindset. Come with paper and pen to start creating a new blueprint that you and your mind will live by.

Online via Zoom

This hypnosis session will be focused on building your self worth, confidence and self belief. In hypnosis, Emma will first be using a powerful tool to clear out any negativity and fear you've been carrying in your body and mind that you're ready to release. From there we build in the new.

Get ready to receive the self belief you've been lacking, the confidence you've been craving, and the inner worth to go out in the world to achieve your dreams. You will leave this hypnosis session embodying self belief and confidence in a whole new way.

Since the last journal club, I’ve seen how much has changed, and how many beautiful things have happened in my life. Thank you so much.

I learned how my focus on the past hurts and disappointments, and on the negative (in general) keeps me stuck in life. I feel sad about not making progress, but I haven’t been able to make progress because of where I am focusing. If I learn to let go of what was/is wrong or difficult, and let myself see what was or is good/ going well, then I would be able to see ahead, and move, and make even a little progress in a better direction. I know that eventually I will find myself in a better place if I keep doing that.

The pro’s of journaling:

  • Reducing anxiety

  • Breaking away from a nonstop cycle of obsessive thinking and brooding

  • Improving the awareness and perception of events

  • Regulating emotions

  • Encouraging awareness

  • Supporting physical health

I enjoyed how there were different stages in the guided journaling prompts which we climbed towards, by reflecting on our first prompts and adding to them
