Stress & Wellbeing Workshop for the Business of Fashion

Founder of the Be Well Collective and registered associate nutritionist, Sarah Ann Macklin hosted a workshop for the Business of Fashion employees with a key focus on how to keep healthy in a high stress workplace.

Sarah Ann Macklin’s workshop grounded in the main pillars of health includes a talk on the fundamentals of nutrition and the optimal diet to support our mental health and cognitive function, the importance of sleep and the effects that poor sleep can have on our dietary choices, as well as conversation around movement and mindfulness techniques.

Closing the workshop and bringing together all key focuses of the session, ending with a ten minute guided meditation and sound bath.
