Dalya Green, Founder of Green Health Method and certified EFT (tapping) Coach will be taking us through an introduction to tapping and demonstrating how we can practice this technique to help combat stress and prevent burnout.

Unsure what tapping is? Take a quick read below!

"Tapping therapy is an experience that is sure to nourish your soul and calm your body and mind. In tapping sessions we tap on nine meridian end points that are scientifically proven to send a calming signal to your amygdala. Tapping can remove blockages that prevent us from reaching our ultimate potential by turning off centres of stress and anxiety. We break down coded experiences by moving over into your subconscious mind where healing takes place. It’s not good enough to be mindful and make logical decisions if you have not healed a post trauma (big or small). After all, 80% of your decision making power is subconscious."

A talk on sleep and wellbeing with Dr Allie Hare

We all know that sleep is an essential component of good health, and more than likely, the majority of us are not reaching the optimum hours of sleep each night the we require for our bodies rest and repair.

Dr Allie treats adults with all forms of sleep problems, from snoring and sleep apnoea, to restless legs and insomnia. She knows that healthy, restorative sleep is achieved through a combination of the latest advances in sleep medicine, alongside a holistic lifestyle approach. Allie will be leading a talk on the importance of a good nights sleep, teaching us how to create a good sleep routine, and the effects poor sleep has on our mental health and wellbeing.

Breathwork for optimal sleep with Fini Cooper

Working with a solid scientific underpinning, as well as emotional care, Fini helps people to optimise their physical, mental and emotional health through the power of their breath. She truly believes there is a breath technique for anything, enabling you to gain clarity, connection, peace and joy in your life. Fini will be explaining how we can use our breath to optimise our sleep and ultimately, our health, taking us through a demo.
